This is a contract between Paralegal Network and the Acceptor of This Document (undersigned) for self help legal services. Paralegal Network is an attorney-supervised paralegal company. That means we review our cases with our supervising attorney. He does not represent you nor are you represented by counsel in any way when you use our service. You are acting in pro per which means you are representing yourself in this legal matter.

You understand that Paralegal Network are not attorneys and may not offer the legal services an attorney performs. We are not permitted to engage in the practice of law and may not give any legal advice. You are solely responsible for the information in the forms or documents.

We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. If for some reason you aren't, let us know and we will correct the situation. Sometimes divorces start out simple and later evolve into litigation. We cannot refund package prices in these cases.  However, we can make arrangements for discounted legal services to complete the process.

We try our best to complete your case as quickly as possible. Occasionally we encounter delays beyond our control such as back logs in the Court. We make no guarantee of when your case will become final.

You agree to read and approve the final document prior to filing. You agree to assume all responsibility associated with the documents and will hold harmless Paralegal Network and its agents from any and all liability. If there is liability found on our part, it will be limited to the amount paid for services. There will be an additional charge for modifications of final judgments.

There will be a $25 charge for returned checks. Any unpaid accounts will be aggressively collected. For purposes of collections, you agree this contract is being signed in El Dorado, California.
